Community of Practice Sessions

The Communities of Practice within the SPACE project are designed to create collaborative learning spaces where practitioners, organisations, researchers, volunteers, and stakeholders can exchange experiences, discuss challenges, and explore innovative approaches related to social prescribing and civic engagement.

The Communities of Practice aim to:

  • Promote knowledge sharing and peer learning across sectors and countries;

  • Strengthen collaboration between healthcare, voluntary, academic, and community sectors;

  • Share practical tools, case studies, research, and best practices;

  • Encourage stakeholder engagement and partnership building;

  • Support the continued development and sustainability of social prescribing initiatives across Europe.

The sessions will focus on practical discussions, expert contributions, interactive engagement, and the exchange of real-life experiences and resources.
